Mountain Lodge is Snowshoe Mountain Resort's slope-side complex, centrally located in Snowshoe Village and steps from lifts, shops, restaurants, and Split Rock Pools. The building offers convenient and comfortable amenities for guests of all ages:

🚫 No pets allowed. Approved service animals permitted with advance notice and required documentation.

🔕 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — please be respectful of neighbors.
🅿️ One complimentary parking space included (~300 feet from building). Early arrivals may park at Mountain Top Check-In area.

📋 A rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival.
💰 A security deposit hold of $200 is required prior to arrival and released 7 days after checkout with no deductions.

🚗 4WD or AWD strongly recommended during winter months. Download maps and check road conditions before departure — cell service may be limited on the final stretch to the resort.

Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival; 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before arrival; no refund within 14 days of arrival.
